A Distant Memory w/Lily
A cinematic short experimenting with a slow shutter filming technique
I did a shoot with Lily at a mansion with a beautiful backyard area. The setting of the space paired with her dress made the whole theme feel like a memory of the past. In between shots, I took a couple seconds to film some angles using a slow shutter to really bring out the feeling of a distant memory. The blur of motion really made the video feeling like a nostalgic memory that's slowly fading. This was my first time playing with this technique and I loved how it turned out. Definitely going to play with this more and implement it into future videos.
